ABQ KIS is an online and offline social group run by and for local Albuquerque kinksters. We’ve been offering a supportive and affirming network for people to make real-world connections and meaningful experiences. Our wide online presence allows for a rapid provision of information and ease of access, giving members a voice at all times.
The ABQ KIS crew is made up of more than a dozen planners, educators, and organizers. Our team is diverse in terms of race, gender, sexual orientation, class background, and geography.

KIS holds at least 2 events per month, but strives to produce more. We are a very active group that is powered solely by its member involvement.
Our goal is to ensure that every member is treated with respect, directs their own lives, and reaches their full potential. We seek to support a caring group of people as full human beings who deserve to pursue our better selves, and achieve it.
With that in mind, certain groups of people are disproportionately targeted for acts of violence and abuse. ABQ KIS aims to center those experiences so that we may gain equity within our own space. Everyone deserves a place to go where they can break free from those situations or even heal from them in a compassionate environment.
We strive for our members to have open and safe discussions – to learn – and to become the ethical, respectful, and responsible kinksters we know we can be.
When we do this together, we can change our lives, the lives of our loved ones, and our community.
